[BVARC] Need help programming analog repeaters for Baofeng DM-32UV

I'm a new HAM, even though I've had a license for quite a few years.  Got
the license and then got busy with other stuff and I didn't do anything with
HAM.  But baby, I'm back and boy do I have a lot to learn.

 

I bought a Baofeng DM-32UV thinking it might be a good starting place to
delve into digital.  Unfortunately I can't even get analog repeaters to
work!  Below is my attempt to get the 145.17 and 146.94 to work.  Can anyone
tell me what I've done wrong?
