Contact the CenterPoint Radio Shop at 713-945-6555 to report the RFI.

Good morning!
I've been fighting RFI for a couple of months that largely wipes out most of the middle of the HF bands. 30, 20, 17, and 15 meters are basically unusable.
I believe I have narrowed the culprit down to one utility pole with a transformer that is showing some age.
Does anyone have a contact with CenterPoint to report this? I know it's as useful to them as it is to me, as this transformer will eventually fail.
For those interested in a deeper dive, on the oscilloscope in the attached picture, you can see each set of pulses is 120Hz apart, with the sets of 2 and the sets of 3 each 60Hz from their matching sets, so there's little doubt it's an electrical source.
I have a Radtel RT-860 HT which has HF receive and walking around the poles near the house, there is one pole that the noise is much stronger around, and the transformer on that pole is obviously aged. I suspect that that's my source.
