[BVARC] Any uSDR users in BVARC?

Hearing nothing, more detail…

I have collected the Ardunio and all necessary software bits. I have the
parts for the ISP cable.

The Ardunio code runs and I can upload through the ISP programmer, but
nothing on the uSDX changes.

The search of the internet reveals a comment that C24 must be removed.
Great.

C24 is a surface mount part that is 1mm by 0.5mm. I can barely even see it.

Does anyone have magnified SMC handwork experience?
