[BVARC] 5V7JA Togo

[Don Inbody]

I happened across 5V7JA on 10/1 on 12m FT-8. That happens to be an ATNO for
me.  Has anyone worked him before? I read his QRZ profile and it all seems
legitimate, so I emailed him to find out how best to get a QSL.
