[BVARC] Last minute request

I know this this last minute, but due to the weather we decided to move
reinstalling my rotator from tomorrow to today at 1pm. I am looking for one
person to be on the ground for safety purposes. If anyone can assist at 1pm
at my QTH today, please let me know.
