[BVARC] Any recommendations for a VHF/UHF amplifier?

To all,

I am looking for an amplifier for UHF/VHF signals. Want to go from 2 to 3
watt to 5 watt. Does anyone have experience and what did you use?
Note: just want either simple chip or simple board to go between SDR radio
and antenna.
