Having many stations try and contact you in Texas and, more specifically, in your Texas county, is a joy that comes around just once a year.
Saturday Sept 16  9AM to 9PM CDT  and then again Sunday Sept 17th 9AM to 3 PM.   Operate CW, SSB or Digital, as much or as little as you see fit.
Put your county on the air by "running" (calling "CQ TQP") or "hunt and pounce"  and log all of the other counties that you hear on 160 thru 10 meters.
The Exchange is simple -- RS(T) and County (4 letter abbreviation).  Log using N3FJP, N1MM or even just a paper and pencil, but log submission is a Cabrillo file using the 4 letter county designations.
Find details at   https://www.txqp.net/
Rules At:  https://www.txqp.net/index.php/rules/operating-rules
County 4 letter abbreviations:  (must be used and logged as such)                https://www.txqp.net/index.php/2014-03-17-17-47-16/texas-counties It's fun and a chance to get on the air and be heard.   73...Rick  W5RH
