[BVARC] follow up new guy question.

Time of day, propagation all have an effect.  Ur antenna is
omni-directional, or should be.  Depending on deployment with
buildings near by etc.

You hear them but do you work them?  The WSPR comment is worth a study to
do that.   The Beacon newsletter has an article about WSPR and how to do
it  in the Sept 2022 edition.
