[BVARC] 146.940 Repeater Problems and Repeater Operation

That "day" of transmissions sounded more like a recording of morse code 
being played every minute. Some radios have a feature that will allow 
the operator to record him or herself and play it back repeatedly as in 
calling CQ or QRZ. I've heard its use on Field Day as well as in some 
YouTube videos.
