If the Balloon is running Linux, it's all open source software that the 
Chinsese (and every other nation) would have access to anyway. I 
wouldn't worry about this.

If you launched the balloon using Mac, please send me money.

And if you launched your balloon running Windows, maybe it went down due 
to forced update. :)
