K5WH-88 made one trip around the planet at an altitude of about 40,000 feet
and then decided to head up to the UK. When it got over the UK and North
Sea it dropped down to less than 10,000 feet and began hovering over the UK
for about a week. Now it's heading out into the North Atlantic and has
started to rise to about 12,000 feet. Seems like odd alien-like behavior.
