Robie Elms AJ4F will present his overview of the Smith Chart. This
presentation should be very enlightening to new owners of the nanoVNA who
wonder what that odd circular graph is all about. The Smith Chart is a
graphical tool that has been around since the 1930s and is a great way to
understand transmission lines and many other RF design issues. Since the
real Smith Chart is actually a graph and we don't use those much anymore,
he will use an electronic version for the demonstrations called SimSmith by
Ward AE6TY. This is a great tool.
