[BVARC] Houston, We Have a NextGen TV Launch

Right now there are only two external consumer grade tuners. The Zapperbox
( which we think is DOA) and the HD home run, which has potential.
Eventually there are supposed to be tuners coming out for nextgen which
will be similar to the digital tuners that were available when analog was
shut down in 2009.
