Two of these potential expenditures involve the ARRL Spectrum Defense Fund and the Texas PAC. We will be voting on approving these items tonight and expect to have a consensus to make these donations. Can you please advise, or be advised, of our status question and desire that follow: 1) What is the status of the ARRL response to the question we asked of a 501 (c) 3 donating to a 501 (c) 3 ? Has an answer been produced by the ARRL legal folks? 2) BVARC would like to donate to the Spectrum Defense Fund, but would like to do this at our Greater Houston Hamfest on March 3rd.
