[BVARC] [SixClub] Antenna safety

Here's a reminder for those with towers, from Richard Fiero
ii W5TFW who is now in a wheelchair as result of a tower falling &
him breaking more bones than I can remember the names of, he spent a
long time in the hospital & has been back home for over a year, some
of you may know him..
